Thursday: the bus leaves at 15:00 from city center (in front of Grand Central Scandic) & 16:00 from Helsinki-Vantaa (travel time 3:30h).
Friday: the bus leaves at 10:00 from city center (in front of Klaus K) & 11:00 from Helsinki-Vantaa (travel time 3:30h).

NOTE: if you are NOT coming by the RT bus, train / route bus / taxi from Helsinki airport will take up to 4 hours – so make sure that you are on time in Pori. The pretour get together party will start at 7.30 PM. If you fly straight to Pori – make sure your host is aware and picking you up. If you are coming on your own to Pori please reply to me about your arrival schedule.

Some notes from the schedule (Thursday):
– PreTour tablers -> the bus from Helsinki will go DIRECTLY to the PreParty place, and from there you will go to your host’s place. So it will be a late check in, but don’t worry. You have your place ready and warm. And drinks will be plenty!

– Friday, it will be awesome <3
The party dresscode is NAM (nature & ancient man) – the perfect outfit is something from your country’s history. But don’t stress – If you don’t have an outfit ready, just get naked and you are Adam / Eve, and it fits nicely 😀

The theme of the party is NAM – so we truly are in nature, so please, make sure you have the proper weatherproof gear! And if you love Sauna please include a swimsuit in your luggage. There will be couple of Sauna’s available.

You will have also a choice to make for Friday
Friday morning, you will have a choice of:
1. You love beer and everything is included – this is THE LOVE boat for you (brewery tour)
OR
2. You are the humper of the nature  (swamp tour)

SATURDAY:
– We start at 10:00 – something fun (okey shoes, some walking, but nothing crazy)

– On Saturday evening we will have the climax of Euromeeting 2026 – The GALA. Dresscode is black tie. We sincerely hope for a show from all participant countries (approx 5-10min) just to get to know your country and table better!

SUNDAY
– On Sunday we have a farewell brunch starting at 09.30 AM. The airport bus will head from Pori at 11.12 AM to Helsinki-Vantaa airport. If you don’t participate in the brunch, please inform me of that also.
